1980 USA Hockey Team Signed Jersey

This is an Autographed Replica 1980 USA Hockey Jersey that would have been worn during the Miracle on Ice. The USA team composed of amateur and collegiate players beat the long-dominant and heavily-favored Soviet Union in a match held on February 22 1980 in Lake Placid New York. They later went on to the win the Gold Medal beating Sweden 4-2. The USA was seeded seventh in the competition and was not expected to compete. They proved everyone wrong and pulled one of the biggest upsets ever.
